In this document “Policy” " we (A-COO Consults Limited) define a "service user” as anyone who has established a relationship with us visits our consult (website, physical location and chatbots) and provides information and data in line with our company policy and regulations. Information provision and consent are voluntary and accepting to grant certain permissions including those that may be demanded to enable you to use our website. At special request, your information and data will be deleted and removed from our database within 24-48 hours of your request. We have the right to delete and remove permanently any data that does not align with the GDPR requirements and our company internal policy and as such will never retain such in our database.
