In this document “Policy” " we (A-COO Consults Limited) define a "service user” as anyone who has established a relationship with us visits our consult (website, physical location and chatbots) and provides information and data in line with our company policy and regulations. Data Retention and Removal

All information and data supplied to us will be retained to the extent that they are valid for the delivery of services requested. No data will be retained beyond a reasonable period. At special request, your information and data will be deleted and removed from our database within 24-48 hours of your request. We have the right to delete and remove permanently any data that does not align with the GDPR requirements and our company internal policy and as such will never retain such in our database.
